Freelance Violinist & Teacher — Stockholm
I am a violinist based in Stockholm. I have studied at the Academy of Music and Drama in Gothenburg and hold a university diploma in violin teaching from SMI in Stockholm.
I am classically trained, but I also play other genres such as pop and jazz, performing at weddings, funerals, parties, and other private and public gigs. I play a violin by Peter Westerlund, built in 2025.

Collaborations
Two guitars, double bass, and me on violin, playing gypsy-jazz swing from the 1930s and the music of Django Reinhardt — a set that moves easily from foreground entertainment to warm background music.
A Swedish group led by Max Rolfstam, blending jazz with Swedish folk music. The lineup pairs traditional folk instruments — violin and nyckelharpa — with classic jazz instrumentation, for a sound that's warm, vibrant, and largely improvised.
